{"id":970,"date":"2022-01-22T18:45:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-22T18:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adriadapt.eu\/?post_type=adaptation_option&#038;p=970"},"modified":"2022-05-20T14:41:31","modified_gmt":"2022-05-20T13:41:31","slug":"urbano-zelenilo-i-zeleni-koridori","status":"publish","type":"adaptation_option","link":"https:\/\/adriadapt.eu\/hr\/adaptation-options\/urbano-zelenilo-i-zeleni-koridori\/","title":{"rendered":"Urbano zelenilo i zeleni koridori"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>OPIS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelenilo u gradovima osigurava hla\u0111enje zasjenjivanjem i poja\u010danim isparavanjem vode, smanjuju\u0107i time u\u010dinak urbanog toplinskog otoka koji se javlja uslijed modifikacije kopnenih povr\u0161ina i stvaranja otpadne topline. Zeleni koridori, odnosno duga\u010dki zeleni prostori u gradovima i dolinama rijeka koje prolaze kroz gradove, mogu promijeniti mikroklimu podru\u010dja i pobolj\u0161ati protok zraka u gradovima. Takvi koridori stvaraju prostor za prodor hladnijeg zraka iz okolice u podru\u010dja s gu\u0161\u0107om gradnjom, time tako\u0111er smanjuju\u0107i u\u010dinak urbanog toplinskog otoka. Povrh ubla\u017eavanja u\u010dinka urbanog toplinskog otoka, zeleni prostori i koridori mogu pozitivno utjecati i na odr\u017eivost urbanog krajolika i okoli\u0161no zdravlje u gradovima. Mogu osigurati koristi u podru\u010dju ekologije, gospodarstva, rekreacije, prometa i zdravlja. Urbana vegetacija poti\u010de u\u010dinkovitije upravljanje oborinskim vodama jer je sposobnost vegetacijskih podru\u010dja za retencijom vode i prijenosom vode u zemlju va\u017eno svojstvo spre\u010davanja poplava koje mo\u017ee smanjiti buji\u010dne protoke. Urbana vegetacija poti\u010de i smanjeno zaga\u0111enje bukom, pobolj\u0161anu kvalitetu zraka, urbanu estetiku i u\u0161tedu energije. Ja\u010danje zelenih urbanih podru\u010dja i povezivanje fragmenata zelenih prostora odvojenih zbog djelovanja \u010dovjeka ili struktura ekolo\u0161kim koridorima korisno je radi pobolj\u0161anja bioraznolikosti i disperzije \u017eivotinjskih vrsta u urbanom krajoliku. Nadalje, zdravlje i dobrobit (sre\u0107a, ugoda, sigurnost i za\u0161tita) stanovnika gradova pobolj\u0161ava se kad imaju pristup parkovima, igrali\u0161tima ili vegetaciji na javnim i privatnim povr\u0161inama (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.euro.who.int\/en\/health-topics\/environment-and-health\/urban-health\/publications\/2017\/urban-green-spaces-a-brief-for-action-2017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WHO Europe, 2017.<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unato\u010d tome \u0161to donose brojne koristi, postoje\u0107im zelenim povr\u0161inama \u010desto prijeti \u0161irenje gradskih struktura, \u010dime se fragmentiraju prirodna podru\u010dja i stvaraju manje zelene povr\u0161ine izme\u0111u zgrada i prometnica. Stvaranje ekolo\u0161kih koridora ili veza izme\u0111u urbanih \u0161uma, vrtova ili drugih zelenih povr\u0161ina mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u ograni\u010davanju i saniranju negativnih u\u010dinaka fragmentacije. Premda je zelene povr\u0161ine i koridore mogu\u0107e stvoriti u ve\u0107ini urbanih podru\u010dja, upravljanje urbanim krajolikom slo\u017een je proces podlo\u017ean suprotstavljenim interesima.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulaganje u izgradnju zelene urbane infrastrukture zahtijeva pametan i integralan pristup upravljanju zemlji\u0161tem, urbanom dizajnu i strate\u0161kom prostornom planiranju, uzimaju\u0107i u obzir lokalne karakteristike i prostornu raspodjelu ranjivosti na klimatske promjene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadalje, potrebno je dobro razumjeti nove klimatske uvjete (tj. pove\u0107anje CO2 i temperature zraka i promjenjivost padalina) kako bi se odabrale odgovaraju\u0107e vrste potrebne za oblikovanje biljnih zajednica u javnim krajolicima. Naime, one moraju biti prilago\u0111ene lokalnom okoli\u0161u i o\u010dekivanom razvoju klimatskih uvjeta. Potencijalne nuspojave nastale, primjerice, zbog uno\u0161enja egzoti\u010dnih vrsta, tako\u0111er se moraju promatrati u smislu bilo kakvih negativnih utjecaja na lokalnu bioraznolikost. Tako\u0111er, mogu se javiti i pozitivne posljedice koje donose doma\u0107e i autohtone biljne vrste u smislu smanjenja utjecaja klimatskih promjena, kao i pove\u0107anja raznolikosti vrsta i estetske vrijednosti (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emerald.com\/insight\/content\/doi\/10.1108\/IJCCSM-10-2017-0179\/full\/pdf?title=a-review-of-urban-landscape-adaptation-to-the-challenge-of-climate-change\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alizadeh i Hitchmough, 2018.<\/a>). Inicijative za pove\u0107anje urbanog zelenila trebale bi slijediti smjernice ekolo\u0161ke obnove kako bi se izbjegla monotonost povr\u0161ina s manjim brojem vrsta neotpornih na katastrofe. Prilikom planiranja novih podru\u010dja, planom je potrebno predvidjeti popis potrebnih vrsta podijeljenih prema glavnim slojevima vegetacije (PAP\/RAC, 2020.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U Vitoria-Gasteizu u \u0160panjolskoj, Strategija zelene urbane infrastrukture provodi se kroz razli\u010dite intervencije u razli\u010ditim dijelovima grada: zeleni prsten (niz parkova i polururalnih podru\u010dja u okolici grada), urbani parkovi i ekolo\u0161ki koridori koji povezuju razli\u010dite elemente (primjerice, stabla uz vodene tokove ili ulice obrubljene stablima), prazne parcele, pa \u010dak i zgrade (<a href=\"https:\/\/climate-adapt.eea.europa.eu\/metadata\/case-studies\/implementation-of-the-vitoria-gasteiz-green-urban-infrastructure-strategy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Climate-ADAPT, Case studies-Studije slu\u010daja, 2018.<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U <a href=\"https:\/\/ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/ecologiaurbana\/en\/services\/the-city-works\/maintenance-of-public-areas\/management-of-biodiversity-and-green-areas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barceloni<\/a>, aktivnosti vezane za floru, faunu i stani\u0161ta poduzimaju se u okviru integralnog pristupa. Cilj je renaturalizacija grada, \u0161irenje urbanih zelenih povr\u0161ina i vra\u0107anje tradicionalnih namjena krajoliku urbane periferije. Barcelona se oslanja na svoje gra\u0111ane koriste\u0107i \u201eznanost za gra\u0111ane\u201d te pripremaju\u0107i smjernice za gra\u0111ane. Tako su gra\u0111ani sudjelovali u izradi Atlasa ptica gnjezdarica, a poma\u017eu u unaprje\u0111enju urbanog zelenila slijede\u0107i gradske smjernice za pobolj\u0161anje bioraznolikosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za vi\u0161e informacija o kori\u0161tenju vegetacije na krovovima i fasadama zgrada za osiguravanje hla\u0111enja ljeti i toplinske izolacije zimi, vidi opciju <a href=\"https:\/\/adriadapt.eu\/hr\/adaptation-options\/zeleni-krovovi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zeleni krovovi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TRO\u0160KOVI I KORISTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analize tro\u0161kova i koristi pokazuju da se ovim mjerama posti\u017eu dru\u0161tvene, ekolo\u0161ke i financijske koristi. Me\u0111u koristima su pove\u0107ana urbana bioraznolikost, bolja kvaliteta okoli\u0161a u urbanim podru\u010djima (npr. rekreacijska podru\u010dja, dru\u0161tveni vrtovi), smanjena ranjivost na velike vru\u0107ine i poplave, pove\u0107ano skladi\u0161tenje ugljika, odnosno <strong>ubla\u017eavanje klimatskih promjena<\/strong> i ubla\u017eavanje one\u010di\u0161\u0107enja zraka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pove\u0107anje zelenih povr\u0161ina uz obalu mo\u017ee doprinijeti otpornosti obale. U slu\u010daju progla\u0161enja, zona obalnog odmaka mo\u017ee postati novo rekreacijsko podru\u010dje koje mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati kvalitetu \u017eivota gra\u0111ana, obogatiti turisti\u010dku ponudu grada, kao i rezultirati pove\u0107anjem tr\u017ei\u0161ne cijene nekretnina na tom podru\u010dju. U takvim slu\u010dajevima, potrebno je planirati vi\u0161eslojne zelene strukture, pri \u010demu strukture najbli\u017ee moru trebaju biti otporne na sol (PAP\/RAC, 2020.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ova rje\u0161enja bit \u0107e uspje\u0161nija i s jo\u0161 boljim u\u010dinkom budu li se provodila u partnerstvu javnog i privatnog sektora i uz sudjelovanje volontera. O\u010dekuje se da \u0107e <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/strategy\/priorities-2019-2024\/european-green-deal_hr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Europski zeleni plan<\/a> (eng.
